"In The Mind Of A Misfits"...Interview With Yung Glue

In The Mind Of A Misfit

Yung Glue is from a small town called Perry, fl. Yung Glue moved from this town when he was fairly young to a city called Tallahassee, fl. Born with the name Eric McNeal, rapper/ song writer said him and his partner Alex “Big Al” Flowers has had this plan to form a rap group every since they were little kids. They began to form the rap group at a very young age called M.V.R. The rap group M.V.R included ,Yung Glue himself, and his partner Big Al, and both of their close Friend, Jay Monte“Kid Jay” Mcleod. Their rap group M.V.R produce many popular songs, like Looney Tunes, Ready For Whatever, and many more. Years Later the group change their name to “MISFITS”. The group felt that the name “M.V.R” didn’t really display them any more as they had grown older, and matured. The group felt that the name “M.I.S.F.I.T”-(Motley, Individuals, Searching, For, Independent, Truths) displayed their life style, and goals. I meet up with Mr. Yung Glue for an interview, so he can tell me his thoughts in goals behind his whole project called M&M: Misfits Music.

Q:What started your career in music?

A:"First it started off as something to do as I was bored, Growing up in a small town with little to do you will find anything to do, so I started to create music, I enjoyed it and so did my fans so I’m going to keep doing it.."

Q:What makes you different from any other artist?

A: " I speak the the truth in my music, I’m me even when I’m raping not trying to put on a front for no one, and I feel that my music is something that you can relate to."

Q: Where did the name yung glue come from, and what does it stand for?

A: "Yung Glue stand for my determination and I stick to whatever I start until it’s finished”

Q: How do you describe your music?

A: " I describe my music in one word: TRUE"

Q: What image do you think your music conveys?

A: "I like to think that my music is different from the average rap music, my music is strictly positive, I don’t portray things that the average rap music does, I don’t promote, drugs, sex , and violence so I like to think of my music as a more positive influence."
Q: What inspired you to form the team “Misfits”?

A: “ Today a lot of kids seem easily pressured to get involved in doing wrongly things just to fit in ,and so many people like to call their selves different, but different is when you try to be something your not, a Misfit is when you're born naturally not to try to fit in to stand out above the crowd and make your own name for yourself not a label of what society gave you.”

Q: What is your goal with the team "Misfits"?

A: "My goal is to get everyone to feel alot more comfortable about being their selves , and also let them know its ok to do that, and you can progress and become successful individuals by doing so."

Q: How would you define the word “success”?

A: " I define success as when you achieve those goals that you set through out your life"

Hugh Hefner Gets Left At The Altar

From Girl Next Door To Mrs. Hefner

Playboy model and former “Girl Next Door” Crystal Harris sadly stolen Hugh hefners heart and left him at the altar. The 25-year-old blonde almost went from "Girl Next Door" to Mrs. Hefner on June 18, but just five days before the planned ceremony, she dumped the poor old guy. The Playboy mogul, 85 had said that he would not make Crystal sign a pre-nuptial agreement because he actually cares about his blonde fiancĂ©. I just have one question Hugh. Why this Blondie ? All I can say is karma is a Biotch, and leaving Holly for her maybe was that thing called Karma paying poor old Hugh a visit?

Nicki Minaj Jumpsuit..

Who Design This Antithetic Jump Suit?
Nicki was wearing a bomber jacket and leggings by British designer Carri Mundane of Cassette Playa. Though her outfit isn’t available on the brand’s website, you can see the designer and a model wearing similar elements from the Spring 2010 collection: http://www.cassetteplaya.com/blog/

Souja Boy Facebook Hacked!

Rapper Soulja Boy claims he's the latest victim of an evil hacker -- who broke into his Facebook account and posted a disgusting homophobic, racist rant over the weekend.
The rant aimed at "haters" who posted negative comments on the rapper's Facebook page -- included the lines, "IM TIRED OF WHITE PEOPLE DOING US LIKE THIS MAN!! THEY TREAT US SO WRONG!! f**k THEM." The rant continued, "I'm gonna keep talking sh*t to these white f*ggots until they unlike my page. f**king weirdo stalkers!" Now, in a statement to, Soulja says, "I wanted to clear the air and let everyone know that my Facebook got hacked." He explains, "I had administrators on my account that no longer work with me. The hackers used these old accounts to post hateful messages. This was not done by me or anyone on my team and I'm upset that I am being labeled as a racist and homophobic person."

Lil Kim & Keyshia Cole's Twitter Arguement...

Its crazy the things that happen on twitter! Lil Kim was upset with Keyshia for allowing Nicki Minaj to diss her on her track. Well Keyshia recently addressed the issue on twitter. Here it is…
@KeyshiaCole: N while we’re addressing everything, Lil Kim and I a r not “friends” I take that term very seriously. We made wonderful music. That is it.
@LilKim: U got that right. We are not friends. The same way U take friendship seriously i take loyalty serious.
@KeyshiaCole: all I’m saying is don’t have everyone thinking I was disloyal as a “friends” cause we were never that and u know it. No disrespect.
@LilKim: The whole world has seen me extend my hand to u over and over again.
@KeyshiaCole: Kim that was a gr8 look 4 I coming out of jail just as it was a gr8 look for missy to have produced it.
@LilKim: Only someone who’s trying to build a sincere relationship does shows 4 free & supports. u did not pay me a dime 4 none of that.
@LilKim: That warrants some type of loyalty and respect.
@KeyshiaCole: all I’m saying is don’t have everyone thinking I was disloyal as a “friends” cause we were never that and u know it. No disrespect.
@LilKim: Friend or no friend i would have never let anybody disrespect u on my record but i can’t expect everyone to be as real as i am.
@LilKim: At the end of the day karma is as real as i am and it’s coming to get u. oh wait…if it hasnt got u already…
@LilKim: My love & loyalty to u got u a hit, ur friendship with ur friend got u a flop.
@LilKim: looks like u need to choose ur friends more wisely dont u think? #teamlilkim LEGGGGOOOO
@LilKim: Loyalty and respect has nothing to do with friendship…BOOM
@LilKim: Loyalty and respect is about returning a kindness. Have you ever came out and supported me at my shows? i dont think so.
@LilKim: Yes it was a good look for me but it was a great look for u. At the end of the day it was a hit on YOUR album.
@LilKim: Sticking 2 the situation. Again I would have never let anyone disrespect U on my song. That’s loyalty & respect. End of story.
